Glucose Tolerance Test - typically administered by drinking a sweet liquid (sometimes called Glucola) then having blood sugar levels tested at intervals. The test is intended to determine if you are processing glucose correctly, or if you have signs of gestational diabetes.

The pages of this site contain articles and notes sent to the site's administrator over the course of many years' correspondence with Dr. Brewer, until his death in 2005. We've recently added more information and the ability for guests to ask questions and share testimonials.
